Healthy Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

½ papaya

6 bananas

4 apples

½ pineapple

3 oranges peeled (remove all the white parts – this makes the salad bitter)

1 ½ cup of diced strawberry

3 kiwis

1 cup of orange juice

1 tbs of splenda

 

How to make it:

Wash all the fruits before peeling.

Chop the fruits. The smaller you diced the fruits, the tastier the salad will be because every spoonful will get more varieties of fruits.

In a deep dish place the orange juice.

Add the diced fruits and mix everything well.

Your dessert is ready. Place the fruit salad in individual bowls and refrigerate for about one hour.

 

Tip: It is advisable to be consumed soon, because the fruit can spoil if kept for too long.

 

Other information:

 

1 – Serve with fat-free table cream or sugar-free whipped cream.

 

2 – Try adding a little white wine or champagne for a exquisite taste.

 

3 – Serve also with sugar-free ice cream.

 

4 – It is advisable to be consumed soon, because the fruit can spoil if kept for too long.
