Chocolate Mousse with cream cheese

 

Ingredients:


2 packs of 8 ounces cream cheese softened


1 cup heavy cream


1½ cup sugar-free baking chocolate (shaved)


3 eggs whites


4 tbs sweetener (splenda or other brand)


How to make it:


In a microwaveable baking dish place the heavy cream

and shaved chocolate, mix with a spatula and bake in a microwave for 30 seconds then

open and mix with spatula and return to microwave for another 30 seconds.

Add the cream cheese and sweetener and stir until all the ingredients are blended, set aside.


In another bowl beat the three egg whites and add the chocolate mixture, mixing
gently.

Pour into individual dessert bowls and garnish with chocolate shavings and / or mint leaves and leave them in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
